I will be giving a brief overview on growth hacking and available tools, but the main thrust of this meeting is to hand it over to you to discuss what you want to get out of our group, and how you see your place and contribution.

Growth hacking is rapid experimentation, clever marketing, and detailed analysis with the sole aim of growing your business.
In many small businesses and startups the key people are living in their own bubble. It is virtually impossible to see your company as an outsider, i.e. a customer.
Part of what I want to achieve is to get you out of your own head and exposed to new ideas and views on how to know your customers and how to tailor your message using techniques that take much of the guess work out of the process.
We can achieve much more as a group of allies than as a group of competitors. This is the age of social. It is in this way that “a rising tide lifts all boats”.
I am a veteran scientist with 17 years of research and publications under my belt, followed by the founding and running of multiple businesses over 19 years. I am also the president of the Austin Inventors and Entrepreneurs group whose website is where this article is posted. That is why growth hacking appeals to me on a fundamental level.
